What it is
Kinesio Tape is a therapeutic taping method used in treating a variety of medical conditions: orthopedic, neuromuscular, neurological, etc. It enhances the performance of your lymphatic and circulator system, muscles, tendons, joints and ligaments by helping to facilitate the body’s natural healing process.  It gives you the support you need rehabilitating the affected area without restricting the body’s range of motion.

How it works
Kinesio Tape microscopically lifts the skin, facilitating lymphatic drainage and alleviating pain. This lifting affect creates interstitial space, by relieving pressure on the lymph channels,allowing better lymphatic drainage and decreasing inflammation of the affected area. It can also be used as a preventative measure and to promote good circulation and healing.
