Can massage be addictive?
Often you would hear “You should not get massage so often because it becomes like a habit.” What do they mean by “habit”?? “Habit” means you cannot stand without it or have to do it. This is not necessarily an addiction or actual habit.
- Loosing up the area with poor blood circulation and relax tight muscles by massage
- Going back to your typical life routines, which gradually tighten up the areas and muscles.
- Desiring to loose up and relax your body
- Going back to massage
…………………………………. “This is the cycle of habit”.
Getting massage is not a bad thing at all. Improving blood circulation by loosing up your muscles is beneficial for your body. In other words, keeping your body condition with poor blood circulation is much worse for your health. However, relying on massage too much might not be the best solution for your health.
- After gaining back your normal muscle condition, it is important to maintain the condition as much as you can.
- Stretch is the key to prevent tightening your muscles.
- Appropriate amount of exercise to keep your blood flow going throughout your entire body
- Depending on how you maintain your health condition, the number of massage sessions you have to have should decrease.
So, we, TBC, provide healthy tips and advise for our customers to be healthy without having “addition to massage”.
